Water Conservation Request issued in Marion Water System

Marion, OH - Aqua is asking that customers voluntarily reduce water usage and consumption in the Marion area, including Marion, Prospect, and Caledonia.

Prolonged dry conditions are impacting the source water capacity. Very little to no rainfall is in the forecast over the next couple of days. This notice is in effect until further notice.

All customers are asked to take the following steps and reduce any nonessential water consumption:

• Shorten showers

• Avoid any car washing and avoid landscape irrigation

• Delay doing laundry or running the dishwasher until loads are full
